Outlook 2010 Level 1 in Bakersfield

You've opened Outlook 2010.  And now you can't find anything!  What will you do?

Step 1.  Calm down.
Step 2.  Take Outlook 2010 Level 1 from Diamond Technologies!

Okay.  It may not be the end of the world, but there have been a lot of changes in Outlook 2010.  So if you take our class, you'll learn about what's new.  And maybe a few things about the program that you never knew.  Things like:

• The New Interface (or What Have They Done to My Toolbars)
• Email (Duh!  It is Outlook.)
• Contact Management (Throw Out That Little Black Book, It's the 21st Century)
• Tasks (Ooh...an Electronic To-Do List!)
• Appointments and Events (You Might As Well Throw Out the Day Runner, Too!)
• Meeting Requests (or Stop Playing Phone Tag with a Dozen Evasive Coworkers)

A client has requested this class and we're looking for anyone interested.  We'll set a date when we have enough people!
